Week- Long Activities:
ORIGINAL Art Contest
Each student creates original artwork around literature (reading; character, favorite book, etc); include the student name, grade level, and teacher name on the back of the artwork. Due by Thursday, March 7th to Tamar in the library. Winners will be announced at Friday Flag (1 per grade level) and receive a special prize.
ORIGINAL Poetry Contest
Each student creates an original poem (any style) around Dr. Seuss, reading, a book, etc.; include student name, grade level, and teacher on back/bottom of poetry. Due by Thursday, March 7th to Tamar in the library. Winners will be announced at Friday Flag (1 per grade level) and receive a special prize
Guess the # of Skittles in the Jar
Fri. 3/1-Th 3/7 during scheduled library time; Winner will be announced at Friday Flag (3/8) and will receive the Skittles!
